Class Descriptions:

Mindful Flow Yoga

Combines yoga postures, breathing and mindful meditation.  Practicing with on-going encouragement to make moment-to-moment adjustments.  This class is great for beginners, all experiences or no experience at all!


This class is for those looking for a softer, more nurturing, slow paced, well supported and relaxed practice.  This class blends stretching, gentle yoga poses, restorative poses and meditation to return us to a place of release, surrendering into tranquility.  This class is for the beginner to advanced.


This class is for the beginner to intermediate student, as modifications and adjustments are offered to ensure appropriate support and/or challenge needed.  In these classes you may find more flowing sequences and longer holds of standing postures.  A great class to deepen you yoga practice.  This class is truly good for all levels with the mindset for each student to honor where they are at with their individual yoga practice.
